Add the RespondWell Patient Portal to Your Home Screen
On iPhone using Safari
1. Open the patient portal in Safari
Go to the RespondWell Patient Portal website in the Safari browser.
2. Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the Safari screen.
3. Select “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll if needed, then tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap “Add”
Tap Add in the top-right corner to place the portal icon on your Home Screen.
On Android using Chrome
1. Open the patient portal in Chrome
Go to the RespondWell Patient Portal website in the Chrome browser.
2. Tap the menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Add to Home screen”
Tap Add to Home screen from the menu.
4. Tap “Add” or “Install”
Confirm by tapping Add or Install when prompted.
Tip: The RespondWell Patient Portal icon will appear on your Home Screen like an app.
