Once your provider approves your prescription, here's the sequence of events.
1. Authorization hold becomes a charge When you completed intake, a temporary authorization hold was placed on your payment method to verify the card and speed up processing. When your provider approves your prescription, that hold converts to a full charge. If you were determined ineligible during review, the hold is released and no charge is collected.
2. Pharmacy handoff Your prescription is transmitted to our pharmacy partner. Processing at the pharmacy typically takes 1–3 business days.
3. Shipping Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification. Our standard, no-cost shipping method is 2-day delivery. If you need it faster, next day air is available for an additional $10 — contact support to request it before your order ships. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate packaging.
4. What's included Your shipment includes your medication and all necessary supplies (syringes, alcohol swabs, etc.). Everything comes in plain, unmarked packaging — no exterior labeling identifying the contents.
